EvoL / 이블 (Effective Voice of Ladies) adalah girlband Korea selatan yang memulai debut tahun 2012 dibawah manajemen Brand New Stardom. Terdiri dari 5 anggota perempuan diantaranya bernama Say (Leader), Jucy, Hayana, Yull dan J-DA.

Maret 2012 Produser Cho PD mengumumkan pembentukan girlband baru yang awalnya akan memulai debut bulan April melalui sebuah acara variety show namun karena insiden kecelakaan mobil Cho PD, debut diundur bulan Agustus 2012. 

Kelompok ini awalnya terdiri dari 7 anggota namun mengalami perubahan sebelum final line-up dirilis. 3 anggotanya Say, Song Kwanghee dan Lee Dasom pernah ditampilkan dalam video musik labelmate mereka Blok B "NanlinA". Song Kwanghee mengundurkan diri dan Lee Dasom bergabung dengan girlband Tahiti. Sedangkan Say tetap dikelompok dan menjadi member pertama yang diperkenalkan sekaligus leader EvoL.

Juli 2012 EvoL merilis audio teaser lagu debut diikuti oleh serangkaian teaser profile anggotanya dimulai dari Say, Jucy, Hayana, J-DA dan terakhir Yull. Evol merilis mini single album debut pertamanya berjudul "Let Me Explode" pada 10 Agustus 2012.
